—Hi I’m Rebecca, and I am a Podiatrist
A graduate of Plymouth University, I currently split my week working as a Diabetes and Wound Care Specialist, building the skills and knowledge to assess and treat the diabetic foot, with the remainder of the week working for myself, providing a variety of foot treatments in the comfort of peoples’ own homes.
As I said, I am a Podiatrist; but in essence a Podiatrist and Chiropodist are the same thing. Just like a Chemist and Pharmacist are the same, but as with both professions, the ‘P’ titles are internationally recognized.
People often ask me why feet?
The answer is simple… everyone has them and most of the time we take them completely for granted until something goes wrong. I have therefore chosen a career where I can help people stay mobile, active and pain free, plus provide a little extra something to make them look pretty.
— What can I do for you?
Rest assured, I am a registered Podiatrist with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), which is the regulatory body that sets standards to protect you and as such my prices reflect my level of training. Where appropriate my practices are evidence based with up to date equipment. I offer home visits across most of the Bay, Teignbridge and South Hams area.
I can also supply treatments for residents within residential or nursing homes, depending on the number of residents and complexity of their needs this can be offered a discounted rate. I can offer evening and weekend appointments to suit your needs.

As a person who suffers from diabetes good professional foot care is very important to me. Rebecca comes to my home on a regular basis to carry out my foot care and advises me on any problems I have with my feet. She is always very professional and friendly and after her treatments I feel that I am walking on air. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone with a foot problem.
I have had treatment on a monthly basis from Rebecca for some time and have always been delighted with the treatment I have received, she has proved to be very very efficient, polite and punctual at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone
